The Temme Foundation is located in Lincoln, NE. Giving back to the community that made everything possible for Roland Temme and his family fuels the vision behind the Temme Foundation.

 

Roland, as a young boy growing up in Wayne County, Nebraska, never dreamed of being in the position to start a company. After moving to Lincoln to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Roland persevered through hard work and determination and he found a pathway to do more than just dream of starting a business. 

 

In 1974, Roland founded TMCO, a company that specializes in one-stop, concept-to-completion metal manufacturing services. From its small humble beginnings to becoming a leader in the industry, TMCO has valued equity, access to education and opportunity to realize ones dreams.

 

Through the Foundation and their corporate activities, the Temme family strives to perpetuate these values and create pathways for more people to realize their dreams.
